Arvato is expanding its services in Lancaster, Texas, and seeks a Senior Client Operations Manager to lead the onsite team and own client relationships. You will drive P&L accountability while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate across operations, finance and IT to deliver on SLAs, cost controls and continuous improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years of Operational or Account Management experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite team including client services and operations staff with hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching.
• Serve as primary client contact, build trusted relationships at all levels, anticipate needs and stay proactive.
• Own full P&L accountability and manage costs, budgets, margins and change-request estimates.
• Drive day-to-day performance against SLAs, scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and volume forecasting.
• Prepare and lead business reviews (MBR/QBR) and drive actions to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize processes and solve root causes.
• Maintain alignment with key stakeholders across operations, finance, IT and client.
