Truist is seeking a marketing leader to serve as a primary contact to Commercial Banking segments, translating client and product strategies into marketing plans. You will work with internal and external partners to develop programs that enhance client experience, grow relationships, and drive profits.

The role emphasizes collaboration, budget management, and delivering programs on time and within budget in an in-office setting five days a week in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market research, analytics and digital marketing.
• Experience leading projects or work streams and acting as a lead in a specialty capacity.
• Knowledge of client needs and competitive landscape and how Truist differentiates itself.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate to diverse audiences; build consensus.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates.
• Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of delivering senior-level presentations.
• Developing presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop marketing strategies and plans across channels, including digital, in partnership with line of business leaders.
• Apply deep marketing expertise and related disciplines such as creative development and market research.
• Lead complex projects and manage deliverables against expected results.
• Interpret business challenges and competitive landscape to recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with partners to execute programs aligned to Truist Brand and Purpose.
• Monitor market needs and budget/resources; deliver programs on time and within budget.
