Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Marketing Senior Consultant for its Charlotte, NC team. The role is in-office five days a week, focusing on translating business and product strategies into marketing plans for Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, and Commercial Real Estate.

You will collaborate with marketing partners to develop programs across channels, drive client experience, and grow profitable client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing principles, market research, analytics and digital marketing.
• Experience leading projects or project work streams as a lead in a specialty capacity.
• Knowledge of client needs and competitive landscape in financial services marketing.
• Ability to interpret complex information and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans with Marketing leadership to achieve operational and financial results across channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute programs that support business goals and client experience.
• Lead complex projects, managing deliverables and timelines.
• Interpret business challenges and competitive landscape to recommend best practices.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to programs.
• Deliver programs on budget and on time while working with cross-functional teams.
