You will work with customers and carriers, inform and educate clients, and help tailor coverage to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with our sales and service teams, data integrity in the agency system, and proactive customer support.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers and prepare materials.
• Update customer information in our agency management system.
• Upsell and cross-sell with colleagues.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service.
• Follow organization policies, procedures, and established workflows.
