M3 Insurance in De Pere, WI is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead small business client relationships, apply insurance expertise, and mentor a team while supporting sales initiatives.

You will own designated accounts, negotiate renewals, cross-sell, manage workflow, and strengthen carrier relationships. A bachelor’s degree or five years industry experience is preferred; EPIC and license familiarity are valued. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years insurance agency or company experience preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow.
• Team player with the ability to delegate and build trust.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency automation systems (e.g., EPIC).
• Life, Accident and Health license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Own designated accounts as the first contact for clients and manage internal resources.
• Lead renewal negotiations and cross-sell to round out accounts.
• Collaborate with sales staff to write new business and retain clients.
• Organize workflow, schedule appointments, and streamline procedures to support sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers and mentor teammates.
• Grow knowledge of insurance and foster professional development within the team.
