Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and communication across assigned workstreams.
• Lead routine client meetings, status calls, working sessions, and follow-up communications.
• Mentor junior Business Leadership team members in client communication and relationship management.
• Partner with Program Management to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery plans.
