Mars United Commerce is seeking a Project Manager to manage client projects and processes to ensure project accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction. The role supports hybrid work near Detroit (Troy) or Chicago.

Responsibilities include defining scope, managing schedules and estimates, and overseeing budgets and billing, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and internal account management. A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field and 1–3 years of agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field required.
• 1-3 years of marketing or advertising experience, agency experience preferred.
• Interest in the Project Management discipline.
• Strong background in digital media including custom website page development, native advertising, digital display ads, search, email, and social media.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to ensure that projects are developed in line with client’s brand style and guidelines.
• Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics; digital knowledge (banner ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions.
