Blue Chip in Chicago is seeking a Senior Client Leader to manage high-profile client programs and P&L, guiding a client leadership team and coordinating cross-functional work across campaigns. The role emphasizes strategic client relationships, budget discipline, and project lifecycle oversight, with opportunities to mentor staff and expand client impact.

You will lead a range of campaigns, present to clients, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while aligning with agency goals and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in account services or client leadership, managing marketing plans.
• Agency experience in marketing/advertising required.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media is preferred.
• Working knowledge of digital brand marketing required.
• Prior experience supervising others preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic development for campaigns and projects with guidance for complex work.
• Build high-value client relationships with day-to-day contacts and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams on client SOWs and manage budgets and scope.
• Monitor team workload, performance, and growth opportunities; mentor staff.
• Plan, initiate and drive projects through lifecycle with timely communications.
• Develop client scopes of work and ensure budget accuracy across programs.
• Present to junior, mid, and senior clients; articulate agency POV.
