Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in analytics, insights, digital media, campaign reporting, retail media, or related field.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and working with partners to support business needs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retail media or digital advertising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insights to support client strategies, campaign recommendations, and business decisions.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize campaign, customer, market information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Translate data into clear, actionable findings, recommendations, and business implications.
• Create presentations, reports, scorecards, and client-ready materials.
• Work independently on recurring analyses, campaign wrap reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and applying 84.51° tools and reporting capabilities.
• Apply business context to strengthen recommendations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver insight‑driven support for client needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis, tools, and processes.
• Coach and collaborate with others on skills and analytical approaches.
