Job summary

Relation Insurance seeks a seasoned Consultant to act as the primary client contact, drive satisfaction, and deliver legendary service while growing revenue across client accounts. You will build client relationships, guide projects, and lead open enrollment communications within a dynamic, client-focused team.

You’ll leverage Excel/PowerPoint to present data, manage RFPs with carriers, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Life Accident & Health License from state of domicile required and must be maintained.
• Advanced professional designation highly desirable (e.g. CEBS, CBP).
• Minimum 7 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with focus on Accident and Health lines.

Responsibilities

• Leads client teams' projects, deadlines and meetings using project management tools.
• Manages RFP process with health insurance carriers and internal underwriters/account managers.
• Reviews data from carriers and consultants, prepares executive summaries for clients.
• Develops client presentations in Excel and PowerPoint to summarize data.
• Assesses health benefits data and benchmarks against industry/geography peers.
• Supports open enrollment communications and employee contributions modeling.
