Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Client Experience Analyst to partner with the VP of Client Experience and cross-functional leaders. The role elevates how we measure and improve the end-to-end client journey, connecting data, feedback, and operations to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Experience building measurement frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with BI, CRM data, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis of client sentiment and performance metrics across NPS, CSAT, churn, renewals, onboarding, and health.
• Identify systemic breakdowns and emerging risk patterns across segments.
• Develop a prioritized view of top experience risks and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address underlying drivers, not just symptoms.
• Build dashboards and leadership-ready reports translating data into business implications.
