Scorpion is seeking a Senior Client Experience Analyst to partner with the VP of Client Experience and cross-functional leaders. You will elevate how we measure and improve the end-to-end client journey, linking data, feedback, and operational signals to drive scalable improvements.

The role demands strong business judgment, executive communication, and a deep curiosity about client experience, with the ability to transform insights into strategic action across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve client experience measurement and dashboards.
• Connect data, feedback, and signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Present findings to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve lifecycle stages.
