Job summary

nPlan is seeking a Senior Client Engineer to lead client engagements on major construction projects, bringing deep planning, risk analysis, and PMO experience. You’ll help deploy our data-driven scheduling and AI capabilities to deliver measurable value for clients.

This remote-friendly role involves travel for monthly client visits and collaboration with international clients, including visits to our London base. You’ll own delivery, mentor juniors, and help scale our processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in planning, risk, PMO, or project management on major construction projects.
• Deep understanding of large construction schedules (P6) and how they are built and analyzed.
• Demonstrable experience implementing strategic projects that improve outcomes for an organisation.
• Passion for applying technology to improve the construction industry.

• Experience with software implementations in construction or LLM applications is a plus.
