Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Project Controls Manager / Project Manager to architect execution across large-scale data center construction programs. You will design and manage schedule, cost, and change controls, partnering with field teams and subcontractors to drive alignment and accountability.

The role requires leading data-driven dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting cadences, with a focus on forward-looking risk insights and scalable control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost/schedule management.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with cost control systems, scheduling methodologies, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master project schedules across multiple sites.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Align field execution with milestones and overall program timelines.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting across projects.
• Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes.
• Monitor cost performance and provide actionable insights.
• Establish and manage project-wide change control processes.
• Ensure all changes are documented, evaluated, and approved.
• Maintain alignment across schedule, cost, and scope.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting cadences.
• Provide forward-looking insights on risks and performance trends.
• Design scalable project controls systems and processes.
• Drive consistency and accountability across stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and reporting systems.
