Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a senior AI/EC technology lead to build and deploy AI solutions across the real project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout. You will work with PMs, estimators, engineers, and field leaders to deliver value on live projects.

You will train teams, drive adoption of tools like Claude, Copilot, and Procore integrations, ensure governance, and report impact in bid hours saved and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across engineering/construction technology, software/data, or technical implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in a business setting.
• Ability to train non-technical project teams to use AI tools.
• Familiarity with AEC/ConTech tooling and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions for real project problems across the lifecycle.
• Train and enable project teams with hands-on sessions and guidance.
• Drive adoption on live projects by removing friction and enabling self-service.
• Deploy and support agentic AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) and integrate with the E&C stack.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Applied AI Leads to share templates and patterns.
• Apply governance and data-handling standards and flag risks.
• Quantify impact via bid hours saved, RFI/submittal turnaround, and rework avoidance.
