Job summary

nPlan is seeking a Client Project Manager for its US Commercial team, focused on owning and growing strategic client relationships.

You will ensure customers derive ongoing value from nPlan, coordinating with client organisations to align stakeholders and embed our platform across their teams. This role offers autonomy, with travel within North America and limited international travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management, or 3+ years in construction technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Client account ownership: be primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring momentum and satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle.
• Value delivery: align client goals with nPlan capabilities and coordinate internally to resolve issues or improve outcomes.
• Engagement & change management: manage onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal activity for a seamless customer experience.
• Commercial support: identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage, supporting account growth.
• Stakeholder relationships: build trusted relationships across client organisations, ensuring alignment and advocacy.
