Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an Engagement Manager to oversee strategic client partnerships, ensuring delivery aligns with client goals and executive expectations. You will coordinate across consulting teams, manage transitions from sales to delivery, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

You’ll maintain budget visibility, produce periodic status reports, drive additional opportunities within existing accounts, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT services or staffing engagements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams while maintaining satisfaction.
• Experience with engagement governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with SOWs, contract management, renewals, and profitability.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Kick off client engagements and transition from sales to delivery.
• Prepare consultants by detailing scope and available support.
• Lead assignment orientation and align SOW with delivery.
• Serve as escalation point and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and outcomes.
• Maintain budget financials and client status reports.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services.
