Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to lead complex, strategic projects, manage budgets, monitor execution, and drive revenue growth.

You will mentor CEMs and ensure timely billing and payment collection while upholding service excellence for clients and the team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation and project-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Highly experienced in retail operations and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Completion of formal CROSSMARK training program for Client Engagement Managers.

Responsibilities

• Developing complex and strategic national sales plans for our clients and retailers operating within the approved financial guidelines.
• Achieving annual client budgets.
• Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing sound client relationships.
• Facilitation and loading of all retail projects in the assignment tool while following established rules and guidelines.
• Monitoring and reporting project results.
• Collaborate with management team members to ensure complete and timely execution of all retail tasks
• Initiate and drive process improvement. Provide documentation and backup.
• Ensuring all billing is accurate and timely via established rules and guidelines to include a review of current client bill rates, addresses, and authorized retailers.
• Maintain accuracy of authorized client billing form.
• Responsible for ensuring CROSSMARK receives payment for all invoiced work.
• Actively seek opportunities to up-sell existing and new client base.
