Job summary

Wellist is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Engagement to own strategy and execution for employer clients. You will design enrollment programs, run campaigns across email, digital, and onsite activations, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with Total Rewards and HR leaders, manage partnerships with vendors, and help scale Wellist's engagement model while traveling 10–20% to support client activations and onsite events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client engagement, growth or lifecycle marketing, program management, strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Meaningful ownership of end-user adoption, activation, or enrollment.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable communications.
• Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to guide decisions.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including Total Rewards, benefits, and HR leaders.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfort using AI tools to support creative development, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment is strongly preferred.
• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build tailored engagement strategies designed to drive enrollment and ROI.
• Identify engagement gaps across locations, populations, and benefits types.
• Use performance data to prioritize resources and continuously improve client plans.
• Create campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, manager-led communications, and onsite activations.
• Write campaign copy and direct designers, translators, print vendors, and other contractors.
• Manage campaigns from strategy through deployment and measurement.
• Socialize engagement and ROI results to Total Rewards and HR leaders.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Partner with clients to strengthen internal activation efforts and improve results.
• Codify best practices and build scalable processes for Wellist.
