SymphonyAI, a US-based enterprise AI SaaS leader, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to own medium to large financial crime programs from kickoff through production go-live and hypercare. You will coordinate across AI, data, engineering, and customer teams, shaping scope, budget, and regulatory readiness while delivering measurable outcomes.

The role may involve cross-regional governance and client-facing deliverables from Oregon and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of delivery experience with ownership of medium to large enterprise technology programs including budgets and multiple deployments.
• 5+ years of technical project management leading cross-functional teams in AI, data, engineering, customer IT, and business operations.
• Deep fluency in evaluating AI/data architecture, model evaluation, data pipelines, explainability, and production-readiness trade-offs.
• Financial crime domain expertise across AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC, fraud, or related platforms.
• Regulatory experience with regulator-facing evidence aligned to SR 11-7, SS1/23 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own complex delivery of deployments from kickoff to go-live and hypercare with significant budget responsibility.
• Challenge technical assumptions across AI models, data pipelines, rules, integrations, and parallel-run design.
• Produce model risk evidence packs, validation summaries, and audit-ready documents.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor contracts across regions and workstreams.
• Design AI-enabled delivery processes for planning, status synthesis, risk analysis, and quality checks with governance and privacy controls.
• Lead steering committee materials and senior stakeholder communications.
