Sutherland is seeking a high-energy CDE to drive new logo revenues from large enterprise accounts across digital transformation, IT services and customer engagement. You will build multi-year, multi-million dollar deals, manage executive relationships, and lead opportunities from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in new logo business development for enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets (3–5M ACV entry point).
• Deep and broad TTHL domain expertise and industry experience.
• Ability to craft a transformative roadmap and engage C-suite buyers.

Responsibilities

• Direct business development and sales activities with new relationships within target accounts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of 5X the annual revenue target.
• Identify opportunities to offer value through strategic services and digital transformation offerings.
• Manage client relationships from deal conception to closing and ensure revenue targets are met.
