You own the relationship. You protect the revenue. You make outcomes real. As Client Delivery Manager, you are the single point of accountability for enterprise SAP Private Cloud customers — driving adoption, securing contracts, and building the trust that earns renewals.

What you'll Build

• Own the end-to-end SAP Private Cloud engagement lifecycle — from contract handover through renewal
• Drive customer success by leading adoption conversations, tracking contract compliance, and ensuring contracted business outcomes are delivered
• Run structured governance sessions and present results to senior stakeholders, including CxO-level sponsors
• Safeguard revenue by proactively identifying entitlement leakage, churn risk, and escalation triggers before they become problems
• Serve as single-engine orchestrator for C2C customers — owning consumption tracking, risk mitigation, and revenue protection
• Partner with account teams to surface upsell, cross-sell, and renewal readiness opportunities
• Lead AI adoption for your customers — drive release version currency, accelerate entitlement consumption, and demonstrate measurable AI-driven business outcomes
