Job summary

Elevation Ten Thousand is seeking a Project Manager to own a portfolio of home services client accounts and drive delivery from request to completion. You will be the primary client contact, lead recurring calls, and translate needs into actionable plans for the team.

You will also manage intake, scheduling, partner coordination, and status reporting, with a hybrid role based in Latham, NY. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, account management, or client services in marketing/digital agencies.
• Proven experience as primary client contact, leading recurring calls with business owners.
• Strong writing and organization; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts and lead recurring client calls.
• Translate client requests into clearly written tasks with owners and due dates in Asana.
• Lead weekly delivery meetings to review open work and ensure briefs, assets, and approvals are in place.
