Job summary

Eagleview is seeking a Customer Project Manager to supervise projects from planning through delivery in a fast-paced Operations PMO. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, with hybrid work out of Rochester, NY.

The successful candidate will coordinate between project teams, manage schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting revenue recognition and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1–2 years of project management, GIS, or similar experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects from planning through delivery and ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules meet customer expectations.
• Liaise between project members and stakeholders to communicate milestones and progress.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and summaries.
• Monitor task completion and identify at‑risk items, developing mitigation plans.
• Maintain relationships with clients and coordinate details with Sales, Contracts, Processing and Production.
