Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the Delivery organization.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and IT for service delivery.
• Implement and manage delivery status reporting tailored to stakeholders.
• Nurture relationships with shared service leaders to tailor services.
• Establish data-driven governance with clear escalation up to COO.
• Handle recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
