Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Lead to transform how North American utilities operate. You will be on the ground with clients, leading transformation workstreams, embedding new processes and building capability to ensure change sticks.

Based in New York, you will coach senior leaders, design operational workflows, and deliver leadership programs while collaborating with a global H&O practice. Significant travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrable experience working within or alongside North American energy utilities.
• Understanding of utility operations, including customer operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and transformation workstreams, partnering with OD/HD leads.
• Coach and mentor client leaders 1:1 during periods of significant change.
• Design and stand up operational processes for North American utilities.
• Deliver leadership development programs such as Influential Management and Principled Decision-Making.
• Produce facilitation materials and slide decks for frontline teams to senior directors.
• Analyze performance data and generate insights using Excel/Google Sheets.
