Job summary

DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Client Agreement Specialist to draft, revise, and coordinate client engagement agreements, amendments, and related documents for a high-volume professional services environment.

The role bridges Sales and Legal, translating negotiated terms into compliant contracts, while ensuring consistency with DMA’s standards and risk management objectives. Collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial contracting experience.
• Five to ten years of experience drafting, reviewing, and administering commercial agreements.
• Significant experience preparing and negotiating business contracts in professional services, consulting, accounting, legal, or similar environment.
• Strong ability to translate business discussions into effective contractual language.
• Understanding of contract structure, terminology, and fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and coordinate the execution of client engagement agreements and related documents.
• Translate business terms into accurate contractual language.
• Draft agreements using approved templates and tailor to client needs.
• Review client-provided contracts and prepare redlines and issue summaries.
• Ensure compliance with contracting standards and risk guidelines.
• Coordinate contract execution and maintain documentation through the lifecycle.
• Support Sales and Revenue Enablement with timely contract preparation.
