Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with programming concepts; no prior experience required.
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level client support for assigned software applications.
• Communicate with clients to provide written instructions and document issues using JIRA.
• Diagnose and triage software issues; identify root causes.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software solutions.
• Develop and document potential solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field

Equivalent experience may be considered

Familiarity with professional programming concepts

Strong written and verbal communication skills
