Stand is seeking a detail-oriented Client Concierge Specialist to enhance the service experience for high-value policyholders and broker partners throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will coordinate inspections, support renewals, and manage inbound needs while ensuring policy requirements are met and compliant. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role demanding problem-solving and relationship-building with sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing operations in a tech-enabled environment.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-up workflows with hard deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to review documents and verify policy compliance with context.
• Self-directed work style with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to adapt to changing workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the service experience for high-value policyholders and broker partners.
