The role requires collaboration with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to drive performance from inception to completion. You will leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, provide data-driven recommendations, and mentor teammates on operational best practices across Yahoo ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to enhance data synthesis and workflows.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings (Sales, Legal).
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager with internal partners.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms, ensuring specs and KPIs are met.
• Monitor health of high-value campaigns and collaborate with account teams to improve performance.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and speed up launches.
• Act as consultant for sales reps and Client Experience Leads, translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing, and collections to resolve complex issues and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and suggest optimizations to client teams.
• Replace repetitive reporting with automated or AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead project phases or team-wide workstreams, providing guidance and mentorship.
