Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Senior Client Bookkeeper to perform execution-focused bookkeeping for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely deliverables. You will record transactions, prepare journal entries, and produce recurring reports while following firm workflows and controls.

The role supports onboarding and training of staff and requires the ability to manage complex or high-volume engagements with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive bookkeeping or general ledger experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and GAAP concepts.
• Experience supporting multiple clients with recurring monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing bookkeeping tasks including transactions, journal entries, reconciliations and recurring close deliverables.
• Support higher-volume or more complex client engagements and manage timelines across a portfolio.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching of new bookkeeping staff.
• Review bookkeeping work for accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
