Job summary

Peregrine Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Major Client Advocate to own end-to-end customer relationships across enterprise deployments.

You will be the primary interface between our customers and our engineering team, translating delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value for executive sponsors. The role requires experience with complex, public-sector or mission-critical environments, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage scope and risk.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer relationships throughout the contract and act as the voice of the customer to engineering.
• Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value for executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational outcomes.
• Travel as required to support major deployments and customer sites.
