Job summary

International Sports Management is building a new Downtown Milwaukee office and seeks a Senior Client Advisor to drive executive-level sales for its national event portfolio. You will prospect, build relationships with senior executives, and guide customers on how ISM's Executive Hosting programs deliver measurable outcomes like new business and retained clients.

You’ll learn to articulate strategic value, identify opportunities, and close deals while growing into leadership roles as the office

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of building client relationships from scratch.
Background in sports, financial services, insurance, SaaS, or any environment where outbound prospecting drives the business.
Comfortable navigating complex conversations with senior decision-makers.
Self-directed and motivated by a performance-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

Research and prospect companies, then develop new corporate relationships through direct outreach.
Advise decision-makers on how Executive Hosting supports client acquisition, retention, and relationship development goals.
Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through presentation, follow-up, and close.
Develop executive-level communication, negotiation, and closing skills along the way.
