Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor new Client Advisors, sharing product knowledge and best practices


• Cultivate and manage a proactive client portfolio to grow business


• Create personalized looks and provide after-sale service to build long-term relationships


• Use digital tools and CRM to optimize business opportunities and track KPIs


• Support front- and back-of-house teams and uphold company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs


• Strong product knowledge, styling ability, and passion for fashion culture


• Business mindset with entrepreneurial attitude and teamwork orientation


• Comfortable with digital tools, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
