CFS in Midtown, Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist to manage a sophisticated accounts receivable portfolio within a respected finance team.

You will work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve past-due balances and disputes, while owning cash-flow strategies and risk reduction. The role requires 7+ years in client accounts or collections, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Aderant or ARCS.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, or related accounts receivable professional
• Commercial collections and credit management experience required
• Law firm or professional services industry experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Aderant, ARCS, or comparable financial systems

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist managing a portfolio of client accounts and accounts receivable activity
• Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve past-due balances, billing disputes, and payment issues
• Develop collection strategies, payment plans, and recommendations that improve cash flow and reduce risk
• Analyze account histories, financial trends, and collection performance to identify opportunities for resolution
• Maintain accurate portfolio records within Aderant and ARCS while ensuring timely follow-up
