Qualifications

• Two (2) years of verifiable clerical experience including at least one year at a level comparable to a 1424 Clerk Typist.
• Strong analytics and systems thinking to interpret data and inform goals.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform typing and clerical work for operating, financial, purchasing and accounting records.
• Supervise a small group of clerical personnel as needed.
• Enter accounting and financial documents into the system for authorization.
• Attend to public and staff inquiries regarding department operations.
• Maintain and file a variety of information and data for office records.
• Purchase, inventory and monitor office supplies and equipment.
