• Maintain inmate files, audit new inmates, and prepare forms for records.
• Input data into the CDC database, retrieve information, and maintain classification docs.
• Handle mail tasks: receiving, date stamping, sorting, and distributing; copy/scan/fax documents.
• Provide courteous phone support, assist inmate families, and handle special clerical projects.
