Job summary

The role requires reporting to the local FDC office and a background check; four of six qualifications or a bachelor’s degree are expected, with strong data, compliance, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management using assessments, planning, coordination, and evaluation.
• Experience reviewing, auditing, analyzing, or proofreading data.
• Experience applying laws, rules, and procedures.
• Experience or training with OBIS or related software.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience responding to grievances or inmate requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate progress via periodic and unscheduled assessments and develop management plans.
• Plan and coordinate referrals for treatment, programs, work, and services.
• Evaluate information sources to inform inmate management decisions.
• Maintain accurate OBIS and other inmate records.
• Lead disciplinary hearings and make custody and reclassification recommendations.
