Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Cleans Process Engineer in Chandler, AZ, onsite. The role focuses on improving cleans processes in a high-volume semiconductor fab, driving yield, reducing losses, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and collaborative, able to troubleshoot on the manufacturing floor, work cross-functionally, and mentor others in process best practices across multiple teams and equipment platforms.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-8 years of semiconductor process engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; strong technical aptitude acceptable with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduce defectivity, cycle time, and operational costs.
• Improve process capability, yield, and overall factory performance.
• Analyze process and equipment data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support development activities by creating process specifications and documentation.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data-driven methodologies to improve performance.
• Participate in capacity planning and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Train and mentor team members on process best practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Equipment Engineering, and other Engineering teams.
• Work with OEM and third-party vendors to support process improvements and issue resolution.
