Job summary

You will focus on improving equipment and process performance, reducing losses, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work 24x7 in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering or science discipline.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment (preferred).
• Experience in Cleans process role (preferred).
• Experience with listed toolsets is highly desirable: SCP9400, WS-820L, Akrion GAMA, Semitool SST/SAT/RADR, Screen 80B/80EX, FSI Mercury/Zeta.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment and process performance data and produce timely action plans.

Responsibilities

• Reduce defectivity and cycle time.
• Improve tool utilization and availability.
• Identify and reduce recurrent machine faults.
• Reduce cost and scrap; improve yield.
• Support development activities and write specifications.
• Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control methods.
• Capacitiy planning and modeling; cross-functional lean activity teams.
