Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, CA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician 3 to perform advanced manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom.

You will work the night shift (Wed, Thu, Fri and alternating Saturdays) from 6:00pm to 6:15am with a 15% shift differential, supporting safety, quality, and production goals. You will assemble stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, and related hardware, perform electrical testing, probe card adjustments for planarity, and document results while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience with cleanroom environments
• 2–4 years of related manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow detailed mechanical instructions and engineering documentation

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and quality compliance in the manufacturing area.
• Assemble mechanical components and perform adjustments with hand tools and microscopes.
• Set up electrical testers and analyze test results to troubleshoot failures.
• Document data and enter results into designated systems; support SPC processes.
• Collaborate with shift team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
