Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with precision assembly and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Familiarity with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of electronic components using microscopes and tools.
• Conduct functional and parametric testing and inspections.
• Identify defects, document issues, and escalate as needed.
• Record production data and maintain traceable documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams on improvements.
• Support lean/5S and safety compliance.
