The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and with a shift team to meet daily production goals. You will assemble stiffeners, PCBAs, and interposers, read engineering documentation, set up testers, troubleshoot to component level, and record results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards in the manufacturing area.
• Perform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, and related hardware.
• Execute mechanical adjustments using hand tools, tweezers, dial indicators, handheld meters, torque verification and microscopes.
• Read and follow detailed mechanical work instructions and engineering documentation.
• Set up testers for electrical testing and analyze probe cards.
• Adjust probe cards to achieve planarity and inspect components with a microscope.
• Apply electronic theory to resolve test failures; perform basic component-level troubleshooting.
• Record and enter test results into designated systems.
• Work within a shift team to support operations and meet daily production quotas.
