Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Clean Energy Project Management Leader to oversee a cross-functional PM team in the CEPM group within Transmission & Distribution. You will guide projects across the IPSEC model, manage budgets, and drive execution of Clean Energy initiatives that reduce GHGs and emissions in California.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget, while operating in a hybrid

Qualifications

Five+ years of experience supervising or performing project management.
Experience managing electric transmission and/or distribution projects.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
Proficiency with MS Excel and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop project management staff across the IPSEC model.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, governance, and reporting for distribution projects.
Drive process improvements for project intake, prioritization, and change control.
Provide direction to project managers and control engineers for cost and schedule management.
Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
