• Five or more years of experience supervising a team and/or project management.
• Experience developing long-term vision and strategic roadmaps for project management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the project management competency.
• Cultivates relationships with business partners and vendors to achieve operational excellence.
• Determines regional targets and collaborates to ensure resources for Distribution Program work.
• Heads a portfolio of the largest and most complex electric transmission/distribution projects.
• Acts in a senior leadership capacity during interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Provides leadership and strategic direction for transmission infrastructure projects.
• Navigates and negotiates with regulatory agencies on permitting and environmental assessments.
• Provides escalation support for emergent issues across IPSEC.
• Oversees Distribution Capital Programs to meet spend targets and corporate goals.
• Protects sensitive customer data and proprietary information with high integrity.
