Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a seasoned Clean Energy Project Management Manager to lead a cross-functional team in the CEPM group. You will oversee programs across the IPSEC model, shaping execution plans and ensuring delivery on budgets and timelines.

The role emphasizes coaching, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in project governance. You will report to leadership, drive risk management, and travel up to 25% across the SCE service territory.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising project management.
• Experience in managing electric transmission and/or distribution projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, and WorkIT.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects/assignments concurrently with minimal oversight under tight timelines.
• Experience directing and implementing small to medium projects, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and leading the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance.
• Ability to integrate work across related areas, develop the business and services to improve customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, direct information, and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and develops project management staff to enhance their capabilities.
• Oversees project financials including budgeting, tracking, and reporting across the full project life cycle.
• Implements and improves processes for project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Monitors risks, issues, and dependencies and takes corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Sets expectations for project managers to implement robust design reviews, constructability analyses, and testing procedures.
• Conducts technical assessments of major project deliverables.
• Drives process improvement for managing changes, submittals, and document control.
• Provides direction to achieve budget and schedule targets and develops execution plans.
• Protects sensitive data and maintains high standards of conduct and integrity.
