Job summary

Eteam is seeking a senior AI & Automation Specialist (Level 3) to lead Claude adoption across MSP environments and productize Claude implementations for partners and their end customers.

This deeply technical, customer-facing role requires high-level expertise in Claude, automation, and governance, with a focus on scalable, repeatable playbooks and ongoing modernization across client environments.

Qualifications

• Proven Claude work with a repo, shipped tool, or live agent.
• Hands-on production automation experience with AI; not a prototype.
• Ability to sit with business owners, run SWOT, and translate problems into solutions.
• Experience working with MSPs or across multiple client environments.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to engage with engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude implementations as a productized service for MSP partners and end customers.
• Run Claude rollouts with repeatable project playbooks across environments.
• Meet stakeholders, conduct discovery, and define business problems.
• Design and deploy Claude across an organization end-to-end: use cases, projects, governance.
• Drive adoption: train teams, build internal champions, measure outcomes.
• Set Claude governance, security, and supportability standards with vendor integrations.
• Build with Claude: vibe code, API integrations, and engineering artifacts.
• Ship micro-SaaS solutions for MSPs and customers; stay current on Claude capabilities.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex automation workflows in multiple MSPs.
