Job summary

SharpAtoms is seeking a senior Claude AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and modern AI-native development tools.

You will translate business problems into working AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows with enterprise security and governance in mind. Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior level Claude AI Engineer with 10+ years experience.
• Experience building production AI applications with Claude and AI-native tools.
• Security, governance and enterprise integration expertise.
