Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Engineer for our Enterprise team to guide France's largest businesses toward deploying Claude in their operations, products, and ways of working. You will be the Claude platform expert and trusted technical advisor, advising engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, while collaborating with CIOs/CTOs to demonstrate Claude’s value.

Most work happens in French with French executives, engineers, and partners; native or fluent French is

Qualifications

Native or fluent French, written and spoken.
6+ years as Software Engineer/Solutions Architect/Forward Deployed Engineer or technical founder.
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role with large enterprises, ideally in French market.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Account Execs and Applied AI Architects to guide French enterprise customers from first conversation to build decision on Claude.
Lead the technical side of opportunities, advise the customer during deployment, and ensure successful delivery.
Build and present business value cases for Claude to C-level executives, in French and English.
Navigate long procurement cycles with multiple stakeholders including security and architecture reviews.
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings and workshops.
