Job summary
SharpAtoms is seeking a senior Claude AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and modern AI-native development tools.
You will translate business problems into working AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows with enterprise security and governance in mind. Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Senior level Claude AI Engineer with 10+ years experience.
- Experience building production AI applications with Claude and AI-native tools.
- Security, governance and enterprise integration expertise.

Claude AI Engineer — Agentic AI / Full Stack
Experience: 10+ years
We are looking for a senior Claude AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and modern AI-native development tools.
What we’re looking for:
- GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI & RAG
- Python, React / Next.js and APIs
- LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI or similar
- AI agents, workflow automation and enterprise integrations
- Ability to move from business problem → working AI solution → production
- Strong stakeholder/client-facing communication
- Enterprise security, governance and compliance experience
- Healthcare / Life Sciences experience is a plus
Important: This is not for someone who has simply experimented with Claude or ChatGPT. We want engineers who are actively using AI-native tools to build real software.
